Stephen Clark
Chief People Officer
Steve Clark serves as the Chief People Officer of Amrize. Mr. Clark held this role for Holcim’s North American business since August 2024.
Prior to joining Holcim, Mr. Clark served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Gainwell Technologies LLC from 2022 to July 2024. Prior to that, Mr. Clark held several positions at Lear Corporation, including Chief Administrative Officer, Asia-Pacific, and Global Vice President of Leadership & Organizational Development, Total Rewards and Human Resources Shared Services from 2018 to 2022. From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Clark served as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Corporate Services Officer for Vista Outdoor, Inc.
Mr. Clark holds a Master of Organizational Behavior from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business in Provo, Utah, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Psychology from Brigham Young University.
