Roald Brouwer

Mr. Brouwer previously served as Holcim’s Senior Vice President, Group Head of Decarbonization, a position he has held from 2022 to 2025. Prior to joining Holcim, Mr. Brouwer held several positions at Shell plc, including Director of Energy Transition Technologies, Global Technology Deployment Consultant, Team Lead for the Carmon Creek Field Development Project and Reservoir Engineering Advisory Heavy Oil from 2014 to 2022. Mr. Brouwer holds a Master of Science degree in Geochemistry from Utrecht University in Utrecht, Netherlands, and a PhD in Petroleum Engineering from Delft University of Technology in Delft, Netherlands.
