Emily Sturges

Emily Sturges serves as the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Amrize.

Sturges began her legal career 24 years ago at law firms in Tennessee and Illinois, where she focused her practice on corporate and transactional matters.  Sturges then transitioned to in-house roles at three publicly listed (Nasdaq and NYSE) companies where she has held a number of roles over the past 17 years, including compliance, corporate governance and corporate transactional matters.

Sturges is a graduate of Centre College and the University of Tennessee College of Law.
