Denise Singleton serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.
Ms. Singleton has held this role for Holcim’s North American business since September 2024.
Prior to joining Holcim, Ms. Singleton served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of WestRock Company from 2022 to September 2024. From 2015 to 2022, Ms. Singleton served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of IDEX Corporation. From 2011 to 2015, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of SunCoke Energy, Inc.
Ms. Singleton holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
