Baris Oran
Chief Financial Officer
Baris Oran serves as Amrize’s Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to Amrize, Mr. Oran served as CFO of GXO Logistics, Inc., a global logistics and supply chain solutions company from 2021 to March 2026, where built a strong finance organization to support the company’s priorities following its spin-off from XPO Logistics.
With a 25-year track record of value creation, Mr. Oran brings financial expertise across a broad range of industries from manufacturing and logistics to technology. He served as CFO of the Sabanci Group from 2016 to 2021, and previously served as CFO of Kordsa, and in leadership roles at Ernst & Young, PwC and Sara Lee Corporation.
Mr. Oran holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia.
