On June 23, 2025, every Amrize employee became a founder, as we rang the bell on the New York Stock Exchange, listed publicly, and began our journey as an independent company.

 

The celebrations went far beyond lower Manhattan. This new chapter was only possible thanks to every colleague—across our 1,000 sites in the U.S. and Canada—rising for our customers every day. That’s why we celebrated from Toronto to Texas, Missouri to Montreal, Salt Lake City to Saginaw.
